Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Spring’s Fantasy! I carefully pack and double-check every order before shipping to make sure it arrives safely and as expected. Here’s how I handle returns and refunds:
🟢 Orders Not Yet Shipped
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a full refund or cancellation at any time.
🚫 Orders That Have Been Shipped
Once the package has been shipped, I’m not able to accept returns or offer refunds. I hope for your understanding, as each item is prepared with care in limited quantities.
🛠 Damaged Items
If any parts are damaged during shipping, I’ll gladly send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
💌 Accidental Damage
If a part gets accidentally broken while you’re using it, I can send you a replacement part — just cover the shipping cost. I want you to enjoy your tools for as long as possible.
📦 Lost or Misdelivered Packages
I don’t offer refunds for packages that are stolen or delivered to the wrong address due to courier errors. That said, I’ll do my best to help you investigate the issue and may offer a small replacement or discount as a gesture of goodwill.
