Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! I can ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and many more regions โ€” includingย parts of Latin America , Asia, the Middle East, and Africa etc.

If checkout says โ€œunable to ship,โ€ just message me and Iโ€™ll help check your zip code. I might be able to manually open shipping for your area.

Q: What should I do if my payment keeps failing๐Ÿ˜ญ?

A:This does not happen very often, but it may occasionally happen for customers in Japan and Korea.If your payment fails, especially when the checkout page says that โ€œthis card does not support this type of purchase,โ€ it isย  an issue on the bankโ€™s side.

Please contact your local bank to check whether overseas payments or international online payments are enabled for your card, and ask them how to resolve this issue. You can also confirm whether your card can be used to make purchases on Shopify stores.

Alternatively, you may try using a different card or another payment method.

Q: Are your yarn holders ecofriendly?

A: Yes! I use biodegradable PLA to 3D-print every yarn holder. Itโ€™s a plant-based material thatโ€™s safer for the environment and still durable enough for daily use ๐ŸŒฑ

Q: Are products ready to ship?

A: Most yarn holders are in stock and usually ship within 2โ€“3 business days.

But during busy seasons, some colors or metal accessories may be out of stock โ€” in that case, I prepare orders in the order they come in, and it may take 5โ€“10 days before shipping.

If youโ€™re buying a gift (especially for holidays like Christmas๐ŸŽ„), please order early or leave me a note โ€” Iโ€™ll do my best to prioritize it and include a little gift ๐Ÿ’

Q: How will I receive my digital crochet pattern?

A:Please note: whether itโ€™s a free pattern or a paid pattern, a download link will also appear on the checkout confirmation page right after payment.After purchase, your pattern will be automatically sent to your email within a few minutes. If you canโ€™t find it, please double-check that your email was entered correctly and check your spam folder. Still nothing? Just message me and Iโ€™ll resend it manually ๐Ÿ’Œ

Q: Can I customize a yarn holder or plushie sculpture?

A: Some customizations are possible! Feel free to send me a message before ordering, and Iโ€™ll let you know what I can do

Q: I received the wrong item or something is broken โ€” what should I do?

A: So sorry! Please message me with a photo of the problem and Iโ€™ll fix it(resending depending on the situation)

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: For yarn holders, I donโ€™t accept returns due to the risks of international shipping โ€” once opened or used, they canโ€™t be safely returned.

For crochet sculptures or plushies, each one is handmade and customized, so returns or exchanges arenโ€™t possible.

That said, if anything arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please message me , Iโ€™ll make sure youโ€™re taken care of ๐Ÿ’›

Q:What if my package is stolen๐Ÿฅบ?

A๏ผšIf youโ€™ve experienced package theft before,especially when your delivery address is a shared or public area (such as an apartment lobby)I strongly recommend using aย pickup location (for example, a post office mailbox or a designated pickup point). This is much safer.

If your package is confirmed to be stolen, I canย resend it once, you will need toย cover the shipping cost(6-8usd). Please note that package theft is not the sellerโ€™s responsibility. The probability of theft is about 1% (mainly in the US and Europe).

If you are already aware that the package was stolen but still file aย bank chargeback claiming the item was not shipped or not received, the bank may penalize my shop. This isย unreasonable and against transaction rules๐Ÿ˜“In such cases, I reserve the right to block the customer permanently, and future purchases from my shop will not be accepted.

Q: Do you offer discounts or giveaways?
