Each item is carefully checked before shipping to make sure it arrives in good condition. Since many of my products are handmade, hand assembled, or 3D printed , returned items may become damaged during the return process after being opened or used.

Because of this, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items.

However, if your order arrives with a problem such as:

• damage during shipping

• missing parts

• wrong item received

• quality issue

please feel free to contact me with your order number and photos of the issue. I will always do my best to help and can usually arrange a replacement or resend if needed.

My goal is for every customer to have a happy experience with their order, and I truly appreciate your understanding and support for handmade products 🌷
